Eddie was by far the best tour guide I have ever had. He was well versed in his knowledge and history of the region and by far the most considerate and thoughtful guide in making our 8 hour tour so special. He made us laugh the entire time and guided us off the beaten path to really educate us about the culture and foods of Crete. He was with us every step of the way through the cave and there were a lot of steps. We were a group of 5 women from Long Island, NY who have traveled to many countries and all agree that Eddie was the highlight of our trip. Tell him The Fab 5 said hi when you book him.

I had a fabulous time on this tour! I wanted to something that was small and intimate not on a coach with 40 other people and this tour was perfect. There were only 4 of us on this tour and Eddie only takes a maximum of 8 which would still be comfortable enough in the mini van (he has aircon). Eddie was a fabulous guide and clearly passionate about his homeland. He was energetic, funny, relaxed and made certain you were having fun. He had drinks available in the van and was always making sure you were comfortable. He answered all the questions I had with enthusiasm and showed a genuine interest in all his guests. The landscape and old villages we visited were beautiful and Zeus Cave was stunning. Lunch was a gorgeous spread of traditional Greek dishes and there was plenty of wine and raki! If you're looking for a smaller tour and want to see something other than Crete's beaches I would definitely recommend this tour with Eddie!
