Visited in early May..beautiful sunset and the number of stars is spectacular. The guide was not knowledgeable about astronomy. .nearly all top tour companies stop in the same place. The commentary of other guides was far superior- they seemed to know which stars, galaxies and constellations - they were talking about. Our guide's was based on an online app he had downloaded. He covered his knowledge gap by taking each traveling party's photo against the milky way. A bit kitschy for my liking. But I was late in booking, so went w the only available option. Food was from panda Express :( and the hot chocolate was probably of an equal quality . however the price of the tour was nearly same as other top flight companies..the whole trip felt more go w the flow compared to other companies which seemed more organized and on schedule. Nature made up for quality of the tour, hence the 3 star.
