Kona Coffee Adventure Bike Tour

The Kona region of Big Island is known for the quality of its coffee. This popular tour will give you insight into the local coffee-making practices, and allow you to taste some of this delicious brew all while enjoying a ride through it’s growing region. Taste Hawaii, Breathe Hawaii and Live Paradise with a private, personalized guided bicycle tour through the lifestyle and culture of Hawaii’s Kona Coffee farms. All-inclusive tour includes bikes, helmets, water and snacks. 
After pickup, fitting and safety brief, drive approximately 12 miles outside of downtown Kailua Kona where you’ll enjoy a light breakfast with Kona’s delicious coffee as the highlight. (destination #1). Through a brief narrative, you will learn of the history of this rich growth region and what makes the coffee here so unique.
 Glide through fields of Kona’s magical Java and tropical fruit farms as you tour south Kona’s Honaunau neighborhood. (destination #2) When descending into the City of Refuge, you will make a stop and tour where ancient Hawaiian’s were given a second chance after committing a crime or sin. (destination #3) Roll onto the gorgeous Napapoo Beach for a swim with Hawaii’s many beautiful sea creatures and underwater formations. Learn about the famed Captain Cook and how he discovered Hawaii only to end his life over a ‘Mannini’ issue, (small issue).
Lunch is on us on the way back to your hotel after your morning adventure. We will stop to enjoy local healthy grinds and give you an opportunity to buy gifts and aloha to take back with you.
