Itinerary
Gong Bath is also known as Gong Meditation or Sonic Massage. I will play several gongs of different sizes and other sound instruments for an hour, while you sit back or lie down to relax and focus on the gongs' beautiful, living, grounding tone. You will easily get to the state of harmony, meditation, relaxation, and peace.
Relaxed, joyful, calm, vibrant, peaceful, radiant... are some of the feelings expressed by those present at the end of a Gong Bath. During the last four and a half years, over 2,000 people of ages five to ninety one have experienced some of my 200+ Gong Baths. Everyone loved it! Many have reported incredible positive changes in their physical body and releases from their emotional being.

- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- mild back issue is ok, the Gong Bath will help. But not recommended for serious back problem.
