Senjyou-kaku is made by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, strong land load about 430 yeas ago. It is used to be a temple but now it is a shrine.
This building is not completed because of the death of Hideyoshi.

The iconic great Torii gate is 1200 years old. Itukushima shrine is designated as the World cultural heritage sight. You can see the great view of the Setouchi island sea from the shrine.

This temple was built about 820 years ago. The main Goddess is Benzaiten, the Goddess of art. Also as a messenger of the Benzaiten, Dragon is enshirined in this temle.

Daisho-in temple was built in 806. This temple has good relation with Tibetan Buddhism. In the temple, there are many jizou that you might find someone familiar.
