Miyajima Sea Kayak Short Course (1 hour)

About this activity
1. Welcome! 10 minutes
Please put on the equipment and listen to the briefing.
2. Practice paddling on the beach 10-15 minutes
Move to the beach where the sea kayaks are prepared. Put on the safety gear. The instructor will tell you how to use the paddle, how to control the kayak, and how to avoid danger. Please listen to him carefully
3. Practice paddling in the sea and move toward the great torii 30 minutes
Now let's paddle out and move toward the target in the sea. You will practice moving forward and backward, stopping and turning the kayak by yourself.
Once you got used to it, we will paddle toward the great torii.
4. Viewing
View the Itsukushima Shrine, a World Heritage Site from the sea and take photos.
You can take photos with the great torii in the sea in the background. Great as a memory of your trip.
5. Go back to the beach and take photos
Let's take photos with the sea kayak, Itsukushima Shrine and the great torii in the background.
6. The end of the tour
