DAY 1: SAIGON (HO CHI MINH CITY) - LOCAL VILLAGE - CAN THO (Lunch & Dinner)

Pickup time is between 08:30am - 09:00am (District 1 only). We drive about 02 hours to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, we board a motor-boat and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong River.

Arrive at an island, here we visit a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and slowly enjoy getting in touch with local life by taking a hand-rowing sampan.

In your visits to some local cottage industries you can see a coconut candy workshop, try some snake wine, learn how to make pop-rice, or witness the process of making rice paper.

A Vietnamese 5-course lunch will be served before we drive to Can Tho for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival at Cần Thơ, we check in to a rustic homestay. Take a rest and enjoy a peaceful time within the authentic village. Challenge yourself with cooking a traditional southern dish guided by your friendly host. Then, enjoy your wonderful dinner. Good night!

What to expect at your homestay:
- Room includes bed (with mattress), mosquito net, fan, table and chairs, electrical lights and outlets… and a lovely window or balcony.
- Outhouse is equipped with a clean, flushing toilet.

DAY 2: CAN THO - CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - SAI GON

(Breakfast & Lunch)

Get up early in the morning; then have breakfast before taking a motor-boat along the river to Cai Rang floating market, the largest of its kind, where colorful boats carrying juicy fruits and vegetables gather for daily exchanging.

Then we continue the cruise and walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the residents as they go about their daily routines visit a flea market, a noodle factory, and tropical fruit gardens like papaya, mango, pineapple...

A short time of cycling around the village will give you a fantastic way to experience local life.

We drive back to Saigon, stopping at a local restaurant along the way for lunch.

Tour ends between 03:30pm - 04:00pm at your hotel. (District 1 only)
