Day 1: Cai Be Floating Market (-/L/D)

Stop At: Cai Be Floating Market, Cai Be Vietnam
We will take a comfortable ride of about 2 hours, from Ho Chi Minh City to the countryside. A place of peace and simplicity, the land here is filled with fresh air and charming scenery. We will travel by boat along the river to view the life of the working locals and to visit Cai Be Floating Market. Along the way, you may have a chance to see the local fishermen catching their nets or placing bamboo shrimp traps on the river. After enjoying lunch at a local house, we can spend the afternoon learning more about the traditional fishing techniques used by the local people. You have chance to join cooking dinner with the host. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.

Day 2: Local market - pot plants (B/L/-)

Stop At: Cai Mon Orchard Village, Vinh Thanh Commune Vietnam
After breakfast, take a bike ride to the local market. It is similar to that of a flea market where local people gather together and trade. We will also visit Cai Mon Orchard Garden, which the locals call the “kingdom of fruits”. Ride back to homestay, take a rest, and check out

Stop At: Church of Cai Mon, QL57, Vĩnh Thành, Chợ Lách, Bến Tre, Vietnam
Trip continues to visit Cai Mon Church - one of the oldest churches in Mekong Delta. According to the history, Caïman, French word was read off by Vietnamese equivalent “Cai Mon” because in the past there were a lot crocodiles here. This church was built in the 1800s by a French priest. This church is famous for its unique architecture works: steeples, main hall… You will visit potted plant and saplings gardens, known as the “kingdom of pot plants” in Ben Tre. This is a great chance to learn about potting plants and saplings with masters in this field.
