Day 1 : SAI GON - TIEN GIANG, BEN TRE - VINH LONG
- 7:45 : Pick up at the hotel by our tour guide and heading to My Tho
- 9:30 : Arriving the boat station, transfer by boat to the island, doing activities which includes:
  - Heading to visit a famous islands in Mekong Delta to take part in the orchards and local homes.
  - Boarding the motorboat and heading to learn coconut candies making process from a workshop,trying coconut candies
  - Passing through bee-keeping farm and enjoying honey tea, a typical Mekong house can be viewed along the way.
  - Having lunch with five authentic vietnamese dishes and fruit for desert.
  - Travel by XE LOI to reach a performance site where Vietnamese traditional music, seasonal tropical fruit can be tasted.
  - Afterward, being on a small hand-rowing boat (the main mean of transportation in My Tho & Ben Tre) and slowly cruising through a small creek with beautiful overhanging coconut trees. Lives from both sides of the creek can be observed.
- 13:00 : After exploring the island, heading to Vinh Long, cycling to the homestay, going pass the local ferry and local market.
- 15:00: Check in and take a rest.
- 18:00: Ready for the cooking class with the family. (Banh xeo, cha giò...), sharing the story with the host.
- 20: 00: Free evening. .You can talk and share with the host, learning more about the locals. And then finish the first day.

Day 2: VINH LONG- CAN THO
6:30: Spending the morning at the homestay and having breakfast
9:00 : Cycling or walking around to see the neighbor area.
12:00 : Continue heading to to Can Tho city. Then having lunch in the city central
13:30 : Visit Binh Thuy ancient house - French building still remains, either Khmer or Chinese pagoda...
16:00 : Check in hotel
18:30 : Going for dinner with local foods:
Day 3: CAN THO - End up CHAU DOC
5:30 : Wake up early for the Floating Market tour. We will travel by private boat to see Cai Rang floating market. On the way, driving through the small canals to bring you closer look about the local living style. Then, stop to visit noodle making place, fruit garden. Having traditional Vietnamese noodle soup ' Hu Tieu' and local coffee for breakfast.
8:30 : Get on land and heading to Chau Doc.
12:30 : Stop for lunch. Then, doing a land tour: Going to Tra Su Bird Sanctuary which have a wide variety of colorful birds and other animals. Driving through the Tra Su area by motor boat, rowing boat and by foot. From a high observation deck, you will have a beautiful view over the mountains in the area, the expanses of mangrove forests and numerous birds.
15:30 : Finish the tour, drop off at the hotel and say goodbye with the guide.
