9 Days Vietnam Private Tour of Saigon, Danang, Hoian, Hanoi, Halong Bay

Day 01: Arrival in Saigon

Upon arrival in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), our guide and driver will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Hotel: Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel (4 stars) – Deluxe room

Day 02: Saigon(B+L)

Visit Saigon's China Town - Cholon, the first Museum of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine (FITO), the War Remnants Museum, former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Post Office.

Day 03: Saigon - Mekong Delta - Saigon (B+L)

A guided day trip to Mekong River Delta. Cai Be floating market, an orchard on Binh Island, rowboat ride along canals, nursery garden.

Day 04: Saigon - Danang - Hoian (B)

We will see you off to take a flight to Danang and our local guide will transfer you to the ancient town Hoian. Have a half-day walking tour through the winding streets with some stopovers at attractions including Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the 200-year old Tam Ky ancestral house and the famous Japanese Bridge. Finally,you will have a short relaxing experience on the river by boat.

Day 05: Hoian - Danang - Hue (B)

This morning we will drive you to Hue. Go through Hai Van pass, have a drink at the beautiful Lang Co Beach before continuing on to Hue. Have an afternoon walk around the town and visit some attractions including the Imperial City (The Citadel), Hue Royal Palace, and the Mausoleum of Tu Duc.

Day 06: Hue - Hanoi (B)

Take a private boat cruise down the river to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the busy Dong Ba Market and the ornate Minh Mang's tomb before boarding the flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, your guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 07: Hanoi (B)

Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, Presidential Palace, Temple of Literature, West Lake area, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum, Water Puppet Show.

Day 08: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B+L+D)

We will drive you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site: Halong Bay. It takes around 3.5 hours . Board the cruise at around noon and have lunch onboard while sailing out into the mysterious bay. You will take an excursion to one limestone cave to view a great many stalactites and stalagmites. Stay overnight on the cruise.

Day 09: Halong Bay - Departure (Brunch)

Take a rowboat to explore some of the nearby islands. Then back to the junk for brunch. Upon your arrival at the dock, your guide and driver will meet you and transfer you to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure flight home.
