Authentic Floating Market Overnight at Homestay

Day 1: SAI GON - LOCAL VILLAGE - CAN THO (L/D)

8.30 AM - 9.00 AM We pick you up guests at several hotels. We drive about 2 hours to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival, we board a motor-boat and cruise along a vast network of canals and channels to enjoy wonderful views of the Mekong river.

Here we visit a tropical fruit garden, listen to Vietnamese traditional music, and slowly enjoy getting in touch with local life by taking a hand-rowing sampan.

In your visit to some local cottage industries you can see a coconut candy workshop, try some snake wine, learn how to make pop-rice, or witness the process of making rice paper.

A Vietnamese 5-course lunch will be served before we drive to Can Tho for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival at Can Tho, we check in to a rustic homestay. Take a rest and enjoy a peaceful time within the authentic village.

Challenge yourself with cooking a traditional southern dish guided by your friendly host. Then, enjoy yor wonderful dinner.Good night.

Day 2: CAN THO - FLOATING MARKET - SAI GON 

Get up early in the morning; then have breakfast before taking a motor-boat along the river to Cai Rang Floating market, the largest of its kind, where colorful boats carrying juicy fruits and vegertables gather for daily exchanging.

Then we continue the cruise and walk on a quiet country road to take in the magnificent scenery and get close to the residents as they go about their daily routines visit a flea market, a noodle factory, and tropical fruit gardens like papaya, manggo, pineapple...

A short time of cycling around the village will give you a fantastic way to experience local life.

We drive to Sai Gon, stopping at a local restaurant along th way for lunch. Tour ends about 4.00 PM
