Start your day with an 8:00 AM pick-up from your centrally located hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and head to the Long An Province in the Mekong Delta Region.
After a 1.5-hour car ride, you’ll arrive at your first destination: a local monument that displays objects from the war period of the Mekong Delta Region. Here, you’ll learn more about the history of Vietnam. Then, visit the Orchid Farm of a local family – see literally hundreds of types of orchids from various countries and learn how the plants grow to adapt to the environment they are in.
At 11:00AM. Cruising along the Mekong River on a motor boat to enjoy fascinating view from both sides. Kick back and observe the stunning scenery pass you by, watching daily life as it unfolds on the riverbanks
At 11:45 AM, start the highlight of your trip: a bike ride along the countryside road lined with aceca palm trees, dragon fruit farms and endless rice fields. You may see children cycling to school and farmers harvesting rice and okra. Cycle along for about an hour before arriving at a local market, where your guide will help you buy fresh fruit from the street vendors if you wish. Enjoy fresh coconut water to refill your tank!
At 1:30PM. Arrive the restaurant to enjoy your lunch After lunch, Depending on time, head off to a local mattress workshop to see mattresses being made of reeds.
At 3:00 PM, you’ll start heading back to Ho Chi Minh city for a 5:00PM arrival.

Me Kong Delta Tour Tour guide - Nhi Nhi was amazing from the beginning of the tour she shared with us the history of Vietnam and the people of the Me Kong Delta (mother river). We were taught how to say hello, thank you and good bye in Vietnamese (we were taught more but I had to work hard to remember those three). The ride from the tour agency was about 1 hr 30 min, thank goodness for the comfortable air conditioned mini van. From start to finish the tour was amazing. Our guide Nhi made sure all of personal needs were met. The boat, canoe, dining, and bike ride experiences were unforgettable. This tour agency ran like a well oiled machine, flawless! I would definitely recommend this tour. The price and activities are incomparable! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
