About this activity

Whether you are an amateur or an experienced cook, a culinary novice or the master of your own kitchen, this cooking class will allow you to discover the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. If you're curious about or have a love of Vietnam food, you'll build the skills and the ability to recreate your favourite dishes. You'll be able to try up to 4 dishes, choosing from a delicious menu including, for example, fresh spring rolls, BBQ pork with vermicelli and vegetable, banana blossom salad with chicken and jellyfish and Ha Noi fish cakes amongst many others.
