Private Southern Vietnam 3days 2nights

DAY 01: AIRPORT – CITY TOUR – DINNER CRUISE (L/D) Picking you up at the airport and moving to the central of Ho Chi Minh city (check in hotel) and doing the city tour. The program begins from the War Remnant Museum - originally opened in September 1975; it displays old military equipment and other related items from Vietnam War. Afterward, continuing to visit the Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. The place symbolizes the end of Vietnam War when a North Vietnamese army tank went through its gates. Then taking a short stroll to see Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office, they are the beautiful examples of architecture from the French colonial period. After that, we keep moving to The Jade Emperor Pagoda, one of ten powerful pagodas in Ho Chi Minh city. We just want to show you more details about the religion in Viet Nam.18:30 pm: Check in the cruise to have dinner. The cruise will move along the Sai Gon river and you have chance to see night life in the both sides of the river. It lasts around 2 hours on river for relaxing.20:30 pm: End the tour at your hotel and see you in the next day for the long trip to Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta. 

DAY 02: CU CHI TUNNELS – MEKONG DELTA (B) 7:30 am: Your guide ‘ll pick you up at your hotel and departing to Cu Chi Tunnels, just 70 km in the north west of Ho Chi Minh city. On the way, your tour guide will supply and explain about the overview of Cu Chi tunnels – The Steel Land. After 1 hour and a half for driving to reach Cu Chi village, you know more details how Viet Cong build it, how we could win the war when we lacked everything even food, medicine and exactly what happened in that area during the war time. The Cu Chi Tunnels provided safe haven for soldiers and thousands of Vietnamese during the Vietnam War. It is almost an underground town with houses, kitchens, dining bunkers, meeting bunkers, hospitals and weapons workshops.11:30 am: Finishing the CuChi Tunnels tour and keep moving to Mekong delta.1:00 pm Enjoy a Vietnamese lunch on the Unicorn island in Mekong Delta.13:45 pm: Getting on a boat and moving on the Mekong river to head the bee farm. You have chance to enjoy the honey tee and taking photo with the python and finger banana – the typical things in Mekong Delta. Relaxing your mind by rowing boat on small, peaceful canal to get into local house of culture for enjoying “Đờn Ca Tài Tử” – A specific characteristic of Southern culture then visiting the coconut candy factory to see how the farmer makes coconut sweets16:00 pm On the way back your bus, you pass the fishing village with lots of floating houses to see the fisherman’s life. 16:30 pm Returning back to Ho Chi Minh city. End of the tour at your hotel.

 

DAY 03: SHOPPING TIME AND DEPART AIRPORT (B) Free at the rest of the day. We will pick up your hotel and transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your flight back home. Trips ends.
