The Central Post Office in Ho Chi Minh is a beautifully preserved remnant of French colonial times and perhaps the grandest post office in all of Southeast Asia.The building was designed by Alfred Foulhoux and features arched windows and wooden shutters, just as it would have in its heyday in the late 19th Century.
Coming here, you will be introduced many important milestones, have a look at glamorous ancient structure, walk around to see how local people and tourists send mails and visit many souvenir shops inside this post office.

Next to the Central Post Office is the location of Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral. Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, built in the late 1880s by French colonists, is one of the few remaining strongholds of Catholicism in the largely Buddhist Vietnam. Located in Paris Square, the name Notre Dame was given after the installation of the statue ‘Peaceful Notre Dame’ in 1959. At this place, our tour-guide will introduce you all significant features of this church as well as show you some religions of Vietnam and certainly help you take lots of photos.

The largest among all flower markets in Saigon is Ho Thi Ky. Located in a busy residential area on Le Hong Phong Street, Ho Thi Ky Flower Market is in harmony with surrounding rhythm of life, creating a one-of-a-kind charisma that belongs solely to this destination. There are hundreds kinds of flower here with the diversity in color, style and origin. This market opens all day from the aurora to the midnight.

The activities at the market are busiest in the early morning when vendors receive package of flowers transferred to the counters by truck. Stop At: Emperor Jade Pagoda, 73 Mai Thi Luu, Ho Chi Minh City 700000 Vietnam

Emperor Jade Pagoda, also known as Tortoise Pagoda, is one of the five most important shrines in Ho Chi Minh City. Built at the turn of the 20th Century by a community of Cantonese who migrated from Guangzhou province in Southwest China, this pagoda is a fine representation of Mahayanist branch of Buddhism that is practiced widely in Vietnam.
It is famous for a set of about 100 statues made from cardboard that depicts a meeting of genies with the Jade Emperor. It has now become a favorite destination of tourists. During his recent official visit to Vietnam, US President Barack Obama visited this pagoda.

Ho Chi Minh City is famous for two tunnels, those are Cu Chi Tunnels and Thu Thiem Tunnels. If Cu Chi is known as a historical site located on the suburban, Thu Thiem tunnel is located right at District 1 under Saigon River. Go through this tunnel, you will be surprised with the full Saigon City View that you can not find by yourself.
On the Saigon River bank to enjoy some Local beers, soft drinks and some snacks and immerse in the night view, listen to music from moving cruises on the river and see how local people relax after a hard-working day will completely make you satisfied.
