Sense of Mekong Delta - Cycling & Boating

8:00 am: guide pickup and depart from your hotel. Go down to first town of Mekong about 60 km from Saigon, then start cycling for about 20 km’s on a scenic road with rice paddies and farms along the way. You will enjoy the colorful nature and life here while passing by peaceful residences stretching on both sides of the way.
Finish the cycling tour at a local pineapple workshop for some rest and learn how pineapple products are made while enjoying pineapple jam and candies.
Get back on the transport to keep going and stop by local family craftsmen making straw woven bags, boats, incense and mushrooms... Interactions with local people should be a fantastic experience for visitors. You will be welcome by very friendly people and get to explore life as it has traditionally been.
12:00 pm Get on a motor-boat and go to a local house for lunch; while en-route, capture the landscape and local life in close up perspectives. Arrive at the local house and meet with a family in the remote village of Mekong. Lunch is served with local dishes while you are seated right next to the water way caressed and cherished with breezes that carry the scent of the green.
2:00 pm After a short rest, get back on the boat to stroll back to your transport and go back to Saigon. Arrival time is around 4:30 pm.
