Stop At: Chinatown (Cho Lon) - District 5, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam
1. “Mini Pancake (Banh Can)” – It originally comes from the middle of Vietnam (Ninh Thuan). Normally, BANH CAN is eaten with fish sauce, peanut sauce and a lot of vegetables
2. “Hue Beef Noodles Soups (Bún bò)” – It comes from Hue city where was an old capital in Vietnam. Espically, the broth of this dish is cooked about 7-8 hours to take sweet taste from the marrow.
3. “Grilled Rice Paper Sticky rice or banana or sesame or coconut (Bánh Phồng)” – It is the heritage culture dish in the list of intangible heritage culture in my country. You will also cook by yourself and experience how to make Vietnamese food.
4. “Filter Cake (Banh Bot Loc) ” – Filter cake is a type of Vietnamese cake, originating from Hue, made from cassava flour filtered with starch, then boiled a small portion of flour, or using boiling water to thoroughly stuff and make cakes
5. “Vietnamese Pancake (Bánh Xèo)” – Vietnamese crispy pancake is served with a lot of herbs and vegetables, especially fish sauce.
6. " Spring Roll (Bi Cuon)" - Roll salad is also known as roll nem (Northern dialect), is a quite popular dish in Vietnam . This dish is mainly used with rice paper wrapped with many different ingredients depending on the region
7. “Cheese Flan Cake” – It is mixed with coffee and condense milk as well as is the famous dessert for the local people
