With a bird's eye view of the beautiful vineyard (Tasmania's second oldest), graze on a dozen of Tasmania’s world-class oysters while sampling the best of Moorilla’s cool-climate wines, made in one of Australia’s best cool climate wine regions. Then make your way through the depths of the winery, tasting wines as they are being made. Later in the glamorous subterranean tasting room, you’ll be introduced to Moorilla’s three distinct series—Praxis, Muse and Cloth Label.
