Stop At: Hoi An Ancient Town, Hoi An 560000 Vietnam

The guide will pick you up at meeting point and start the street food journey, eat like locals. We will start with Banh Canh (“rice spaghetti soup cooked with fried fish”). After that, we will continue cycling outside of the old town through hidden alleys, trying one of the famous salads in Hoi An Muc Tron (“green papaya salad with sun dried squid”). The recipe is simple but the taste is so attractive. One of the special sweet soups you will try after that is Xi Ma Phu which is made from sesame and sugar. Then, we will head to a street food stall to enjoy Thit Nuong (“Hoi An style grilled pork skewers”), eaten with fresh rice paper, vegetable and peanut sauce. The last stop will be at the river bank where you can enjoy Sugarcane and Banh Mi – the Vietnamese baguette you buy on the way with a nice view of the ancient town.
