Day 1: Hoi An to Prao via My Son Sanctuary (140km)

Stop At: My Son Sanctuary, Duy Phu Commune, Duy Xuyen District Vietnam
Visit The Mỹ Sơn temple complex is regarded one of the foremost Hindu temple complexes in Southeast Asia and is the foremost heritage site of this nature in Vietnam. It is often compared with other historical temple complexes in Southeast Asia, such as Borobudur of Java in Indonesia, Angkor Wat of Cambodia, Bagan of Myanmar and Ayutthaya of Thailand. As of 1999, Mỹ Sơn has been recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

Stop At: Thanh Ha Pottery Village, 3 km West of Hoi An, Hoi An Vietnam
Thanh Ha pottery village. Here, you step into the daily lives of expert craftspeople who produce exquisite vases, kettles, and pots. Visit the local family for a look at how pottery styles have changed and influenced each other over the course of Vietnamese history and experience how to make ceramic with them.

Day 2: Prao to Hoi An

Stop At: Hai Van Pass, National Route 1A, Lang Co 530000 Vietnam
A contender for the most famous road in Vietnam, the Hai Van Pass is a short but scenic route winding around a mountainside above the East Sea, on the central coast. Đèo Hải Vân – Ocean Cloud Pass – is famous for a number of reasons: as a geographic and political boundary between ancient kingdoms; as a climatic divide between the tropical south and the subtropical north; and as a strategic military post during times of war, both ancient and modern.

Stop At: The Marble Mountains, Hoa Hai, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang 550000 Vietnam
The Marble mountains. It is a group of five marble and limestone mountains, named after the five elements of the ancient oriental philosophy: metal, wood, water, fire and earth.These mountains have a complicated system of caves and tunnels. In the past they were used as hiding places and important bases for the Vietnam revolutionaries.
