Local Market Tour and Vietnamese Cooking Class

9:00 AM/3:00 PM: Pick up guests at hotel and start with Hoi An's colorful central market by bicycle /motorbike. Here, guests have the opportunity to interact with the local vendors and learn about different products and ingredients to use in the cooking session later
10:00 AM/4:00 PM: Carry on with our trip to Tra Que Herb Village. Take a rest with complimentary welcome drinks and walk through the gardens where guests will be explained about the different herbs and vegetables growing in Tra Que and will learn about our history, culture, people of Tra Que, and how they cultivate their land
10:45 AM/4:45 PM: Cooking session begins, guests learn the differences about the ingredients and our traditional methods of preparing and cooking some Vietnamese foods
12:00 PM/6:00 PM: Enjoy guest’ self-prepared meal
13:00 PM/7:00 PM: Back to the hotel
