Half Day Salute The Sun, Hoi An Sunrise or Sunset Yoga (Private tour)

In the early morning or late afternoon, transfer with our guide a short distance outside Hoi An town centre to ‘The Field’ for a private Hoi An yoga class as the sun rises or sets. The Field is surrounded by rice paddies, in the peaceful village of Cam Thanh. There is a shady space overlooking the rice paddies for sunrise yoga, and another facing the river and palm trees for sunset classes. The professional yoga instructor, certified and trained in Rishikesh, will tailor each class to clients’ level of expertise and can cater for all levels – no previous yoga experience is necessary. While stretching and flowing through the asanas, appreciate the moments of peace, serenity and relaxation – a perfect way to start or wrap up the day in Hoi An.

At the end of the class a refreshing fruit juice or tea will be available while enjoying the beauty of the environment.

Afterwards, return transfer back to hotel at about 07:30-08:00 (after Sunrise session) in time for breakfast, or at around 18:45 (after Sunset session)

Notes: The yoga class is on a private basis and is subject to availability. Sunrise or Sunset sessions may be undertaken, however we strongly recommend Sunrise sessions as the preferred option. During the summer months the yoga class may also be conducted by the beach on request. During the wet season or in rainy weather the yoga class may need to be relocated indoors and held in a small studio space nearby.
