Tra Que herb village and Cam Thanh Village by bike half day tour

Around 08h00-9h00: You will go to Tra Que village by bicycle and pay a nice visit to Chuc Thanh Pagoda, the most ancient pagoda in Hoi An, constructed in 1671 with a great value dated from the 17-18th century.

 

Around 9h00-10h00: You will arrive at home gardener (Mr Chinh). After having a welcome drink, you are delighted to be a real gardener by putting on the clothes of the peasants with a conical hat on head, a yoke on shoulder and a hoe in hand. You are likely to be fully - equipped as a soldier in the battlefield under the command of a chief gardener! What gives you different impressions is the manual work in the field with the skill, patience (raking, fertilizing, cultivating and watering soil).

Around 10h00-10h30: you will continue your trip to Cam Thanh. Along the way, you can make stop for some beautiful photo taking opportunities. Then, you will make a quick stop at the local market - Ba The where you can see local people exchange their self-consumption in the region.

Around 10.30-11.30: You will embark on a sampan bamboo basket, where you can join rowing competition, practice of fishing technique. Next, you will take a little relaxing time in the house of fisherman (Mr. Phong), where you will be welcomed with green tea and experience a stunning walk in the village to observe the daily activities of fishermen.

Around 11h30-12h00: You will have relaxing time enjoying a foot massage with medicinal herbs that are freshly picked in the family garden. It is such an effectively traditional therapy method helping to enforce your health.

Around 12h00-14h00: You will prepare vegetables and herbs from Tra Que, and experience a small practice of cooking the dishes: crispy pancake (meat, shrimp, beansprouts…), spring rolls of Hoi An, Tam Huu, grilled fish in banana leaf… Then, you will enjoy the dishes you have just made.

Around 14.00-15.00: You will check in your hotel at around 15:00.
