The essence of a cup of good tea hinges on three elements: instrument, water, and needless to say, tea leaves.  Mr David Lam, our tea sommelier, will teach you the best combination of these three elements to make a quality Chinese tea.  He will also show you how to professionally appraise the quality of tea.  Three different types of supreme quality Chinese tea will be applied.

Walking Tour – To Kwa Wan, fading and faded.

Set off from Swing A Cat, a gallery from the memory lane, we will tell you the story of To Kwa Wan through a vanished island, the faded coastal line, and the fading landscape.
