Regular Menu A
Chinese Pan Fried Dumpling - Also called pot stickers, Chinese thin-skinned dumplings are fried and then steamed in water. This two-stage cooking process gives the dumplings a crispy bottom, soft top, and juicy filling.
Gong Bao Chicken - Stir fry chicken cubes with dried chili and peanut in Gong Bao sauce. The chemical reaction of crunchy texture of peanut, smoky favour of roasted dried chili, tender and moist chicken cubes and a touch of peppercorn, make this a famous recipe
Steam Egg Milk Pudding - This pudding is gently wobbly, light, and incredibly silky smooth. Its flavor is pure sweetened milk with no trace of the egg holding it together.
