Enjoy a day away from central Hong Kong exploring the less-visited area of the New Territories where Grace lives and works. Grace has a small cooking studio that sits above her private restaurant, which is so popular with locals that it books up many months in advance. Her private kitchen was recently voted one of the top 10 in all of Hong Kong.

Grace is a lifelong food-lover and cooks both secret family recipes as well as new, creative takes on some of her family-learned favorites. Don't leave without tasting her signature dish, soy-braised chicken. The sauce is a family secret, but you will learn to cook the moist, tender chicken, in addition to other Hong Kong home cooking specialties like soup with braised beef and turnips and sautéed eggplant in sesame.

Due to Grace's busy schedule we suggest booking as far in advance as possible. Note that this experience requires a minimum of 5 guests.
