Meet your guide at Tai Po Market MTR Station. Starting in Tai Mei Tuk, you will bicycle around the Plover Cove region, keeping an eye out for lakeside vistas on the ride. If you're feeling adventurous and want more of a challenge, ask your guide to begin your journey in Tai Wai to add an extra 12 miles (20 km) onto the route.

Afterward, venture up into the highlands on foot. Hike through lush forest landscapes in search of hidden waterfalls while your guide points out any wildlife. You'll hardly believe you're in Hong Kong. If you'd like to amp up your trek with more hills, there are plentiful options to explore the remote eastern ranges of Pat Sin Leng and Plover Cove Country Park.
