About this activity
Our Circle Island Sunrise photo tour is longer, better, and more fun than any other tour company will offer. We pay attention to the weather and the lighting of each day to make sure we get you the best photos possible. You'll begin your day in Oahu with an incredible sunrise, traveling to the East-side of the island to watch and photograph the first rays of light creep across the horizon, painting the sky in an array of colors along sandy beaches. After the sunrise, we will continue along the Kaiwi scenic shoreline, stopping at Makapuu Lookout and Makapuu Beach. You will discover some exciting points of interest along the way, including: giant tide pools, extinct volcanos, a hidden blowhole, and the popular Makapuu lighthouse landmark. Then, stopping at Waimanalo Bay Beach Park, which has had the honor of being ranked the #1 beach in America. Its the longest uninterrupted white-sand beach on Oahu, lined with amazingly unique Australian ironwood trees. Next, head up the Windward coast, to the majestic Koolau Mountains. These mountains will surely take your breath away. Then it is off to the Kalapawai Market for a tasty breakfast. This market has been a part of Hawaiian life since 1932 and offers an array of food and drink options thats sure to please everyone. After breakfast, we will head over to a lookout of Kaneohe Bay, where the water is crystal clear and displays one of the largest sandbars in the world. Then cruise over to the Byodo-In Temple, a non-denominational shrine located on the island of Oahu in Hawai'i at the Valley of the Temples. We continue our circle island tour by passing through Waiahole, and stopping at Kualoa Beach Park to see the small island called Mokolii, commonly known as Chinaman's Hat. Continuing up the Windward coast, we will be viewing the country scenery, local fruit stands, and a stunning 150-year old Banyan tree while making our way to the famous North Shore. Depending on the time of year, you will witness the world famous Banzai Pipeline and the daredevil surfers who test the power of waves, or we will search for the beloved Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle, basking on the white sandy beaches. Our final stop is at the Green World Coffee farm. Here you'll get to taste free samples of local coffee, as well as one-of-a-kind Hawaiian goodies. Your fun-filled day will leave you with amazing photos to share with your family and friends, as well as memories to last a lifetime!
