- The price for the basic tour is based on you providing your own transportation to/from the NASA Johnson Space Center. Please note that the NASA facilities are located approximately 1 hour drive time from the Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or the downtown hotels.
- As an option, your guide can provide round trip transportation with a pick up and drop off at the Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) or the Hosuton Hobby Airport (HOU) or your Houston area hotel or the Galveston Cruise Port. The additional charges for these optional transportation services will depend on the drive time and distance as well as the group size. Please make arrangements for these optional transportation services with your guide at the time the booking is confirmed.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Based on experience, this tour is usually not suitable for children under 8 years old. Of course this age limit depends on the maturity and interest level of the child.
- This tour is suitable for guests with mobility issues. The tour requires walking over level, paved surfaces for a total distance of less than 1/4 mile (1/2 km). Guests using a wheel chair or walker must be assisted by another guest.
