Stop At: Hue Imperial City (The Citadel), Hue Vietnam

Imperial Citadel (1804 - 1833). It’s within these 21 metre-thick and 10 kilometre-long walls that you’ll find several of the city’s best sites, from the many Ornate Pagodas, Nine Holy Cannons, Flag Tower, Supreme Harmony Palace, Nine Dynastic Urns, Dynastic Temple,... to the Forbidden Purple City. The area took 29 years for 2 Kings to build from 1804 to 1833, most of the buildings were destroyed by bombs during the French War and Amerian War, and nowaday they are under restoration.

Stop At: Museum of Royal Antiquities, 3 Le Truc, Hue Vietnam

Hue Royal Antiques Museum is a museum under the management of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center. The main building of the wooden museum, there are 128 precious wooden pillars, on the columns are carved with four spirits: long - li - quy - serving and more than 1,000 poems in Chinese characters. This building is the Long An palace built in 1845 under the reign of Hien's ancestor of the Nguyen Dynasty, named Thieu Tri. Currently the museum displays more than 300 artifacts of gold, crockery, porcelain, pham lam Hue, royal medicine and crafts, costumes of the Nguyen royal court, giving visitors an overview of Hue royal life.

Stop At: Dong Ba Market, Tran Hung Dao St., Hue Vietnam

Dong Ba Market: Dong Ba market built under King Gia Long was located outside Chanh Dong gate (Dong Ba gate). After the incident of the imperial city of Hue, 1885 markets were destroyed by the French colonialists. In 1887, the king of Dong Khanh rebuilt it to name Dong Ba. In 1899, King Thanh Thai moved Dong Ba market to its present location. Over time, Dong Ba market has been repaired many times with an area of 47,614m2 from Gia Hoi bridge to Truong Tien bridge, on the one hand is Huong river, on the other hand is the main street Tran Hung Dao, Dong Ba market has a three-floor structure. with thousands of shipments to meet the circulation needs of the people.

Stop At: Thien Mu Pagoda, Kim Long Road, Hue Vietnam

Thien Mu Pagoda: Built in 1601 on the order of the first Nguyễn lords, Nguyễn Hoàng, who at that time was the governor of Thuận Hóa (now known as Huế). The Nguyen Lords were in name, officials of the ruling Lê Dynasty in Hanoi, but was the de facto independent ruler of central Vietnam. According to the royal annals, Hoang while touring the vicinity, was told of the local legend in which an old lady, known as Thiên Mụ (literally "celestial lady"), dressed in red and blue sat at the site, rubbing her cheeks. She foretold that a lord would come and erect a pagoda on the hill to pray for the country's prosperity. She then vanished after making her prophecy. Upon hearing this, Nguyen Hoang ordered the construction of a temple at the site, thus the beginning of Thiên Mụ Pagoda.

Stop At: Tomb of Minh Mang, Huong Tho, Hurong Tra, Hue 530000 Vietnam

Tomb of King Minh Mang (1841 - 1843) – This majestic tomb is well-knowned for its architecture and sublime forest setting in beautiful quite area. The tomb was planned during Minh Mang’s reign (1820–1840) but built by his successor, Thieu Tri, from 1841-1843.

Stop At: Tomb of Khai Dinh, Thuy Bang Commune, Huong Thuy, 530000 Vietnam

Tomb of King Khai Dinh (1920 - 1931), the tomb’s area is much smaller than the tombs of previous Kings. However, this building is far more elaborately designed than others of its era, being a mix of a number of architectural styles: Vietnamese, Indian and European Styles.
