Private Shore Excursion from Chan May Port to Hue City

We will pick you up at Chan May port and depart to Hue City. After 1 hour we will arrive at Hue city center and start to sightseeing:

Imperial Citadel – the ancient capital of Viet Nam. The citadel had built since 1805 in Nguyen Dynasty – Emperor Nguyen Anh. This attraction aggregate of ramparts, palaces and constructional works of royal such as: Thai Hoa palace, Hung temple, Trieu temple, Duyet Thi Duong royal theater. Over 200 years to now, most citadel is still stands with its original materials with nearly 140 small and large constructions.

Thien Mu pagoda which is the oldest pagoda in Hue. The name derived from a local folklore about a fairy – Heavenly Lady. It’s around 3km from Citadel and on the northern bank of Perfume River. Thien Mu pagoda surrounded by flowers and ornamental plants that stretches at the far end of the garden. Every late afternoon, we can hear the sound of the bell, it makes the whole town become solemn.

Have lunch at a famous local restaurant. Rest for a few minutes before continuing the trip.

Tu Duc tomb – Considered as the most majestic of all Nguyen Dynasty royal tombs, Tu Duc tomb is a complex of the constructions: palaces, temples, royal theater etc. Many say that it’s a perfect combination of man-made and natural beauty in Hue, where architecture fits harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.

When you finished, we will come back the port before 1 hour and half as departure time.
