Tam Giang Lagoon Biking Tour

• 8:00: Pick up at your hotel in Hue and start to bike through markets and villages to Tam Giang lagoon. Ride bicycles to Dong Ba market (the largest and busiest market in Hue city). You will see various kinds of local food that are sold daily from dawn to dust.
• Continue to ride through peaceful farming villages on back-roads along the river before getting to Thuy Lap handicraft village where the craftsmen make tools, furniture from generation to generation. Skilled craftsmen were highly respected in their villages.
• Join local craftsmen and learn to make bamboo baskets after visiting their workshop. We leave this workshop with your hand-made products for exploring and practicing fishing skills in Ngu Mu Thanh fishing village.
• Leave our bikes with fishing family and start boat ride on Tam Giang lagoon and enjoy fishing activities such as catching clams, throwing cast nets and drift nets. The Tam Giang Lagoon, a vast water area, is occupied by 52 square kilometers of brackish water with numerous aquatic animals and wetland vegetation. It is a fascinating place to enjoy landscape and to explore tranquility of fishing villages in Central Vietnam.
• Go back to fisherman family and have a rustic lunch served with local cuisine and hospitality.
• Transferred back to hotel by car/van. End of service.
