After you picked-up from your hotel to Intercontinental hotel Marina you will be welcomed with healthy fresh juice and detox water, Departure Start at 9:00 in the morning sailing about 60 minutes through the breeze of the Red Sea toward Arouq Talata spot, Our first exquisite treatment begins through detoxing in the crystal clear Red Sea water known for its health benefits of Curing Psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, improving blood circulation, reducing skin inflammation and natural scrubber with our professional instructors Followed by a deeply relaxing full body massage for 45 minutes. Sauna treatment for 15 minutes. Now the time program with the five Yama’s of Yoga for 30 minutes, Finally we will start our Pilates program for 30 minutes,enjoy two guided stops snorkeling in the amazing red sea water at Magawish island followed by free time swimming , Enjoy open buffet lunch with open bar, fresh juice & hot drinks, at the end of the day sailing back with sunset view with fresh fruits offered and the driver will be waiting for you to drive you back to your hotel.
