- Management reserves the right to close/shut the park in case of climatic conditions like rain; storm, etc. for the safety of the guests.
- A valid photo ID is mandatory for all those looking to gain entry to the park.
- Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians at all times.
- Child: 3 - 4.6 ft, Adult: above 4.6 ft Entry is free for children below the height of 3 ft. Every person below the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults.
- If a ticket is already booked under child pricing & the child is found to be above 4.6 ft in height at the time of redemption, he/she by default will be charged with adult pricing. The balance amount has to be paid directly at the counter to redeem the physical ticket.
- One or more rides may be non-operational due to maintenance issues at any given time. The unavailable ride details will be available at the notice board near the cash counter in the park on your date of visit.
- Park timings : Monday to Friday: 11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. and Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
- After hours(only in hyderabad park) 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Please find your way to the redemption counter at the park and present the redemption voucher/code provided. At the counter you will then receive physical tickets that will give you access to the park.
- This park is disabled friendly and also offers limited wheelchairs at a cost.
- lockers are available at rent for INR 150, where you can keep your belongings. The lockers are designed with RFID controlled locker system, which can be operated with a device called EZ Pay.
- You can purchase swimwear from the store in the park. You can also purchase children’s floats (arm floats) and inflatable tubes, here.
- There are separate facilities for men and women.
- All parks at Wonderla adhere to international safety standards.
- The nearest ATM is located 5 km from the park.
