Details
Nehru Zoological Park is one of the largest zoos of India. What makes it an amiable place for both visitors and inhabitants are the open enclosures in which the animals are kept. We'll meet at the entrance and either stroll through the park or take the battery operated car to visit the entire park. We'll see many local and exotic animals, birds and mammals throughout the park and learn about them. After some light snacks and tea, we take the Lion safari to get a closer look at the animals in their open enclosures. It's now time to explore the underwater world at the giant aquarium teeming with aquatic rarities. Our last stop is at the Zoo museum to get a better understanding of the animal kingdom, importance of biodiversity and ecology.

- Wear whatever makes you comfortable for the weather. You will be outside for almost 4 hours. Closed toe shoes are recommended.
- The tour will continue in the rain.
- The wildlife sanctuary is smoke free. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the park.
