After 20 minutes, you will arrive at Lauterbrunnen, a small village at the end of the valley. While you change the train, have a look on the famous "Staubbach" waterfall. The coghwheel railway from Lauterbrunnen to will continue towards Kleine Scheidegg at 6600 ft above sea level. Toni was a treasure trove of experience for our tour to Jungfraujoch. He gave us a quick overview of Switzerland he actually typed a document for us to take home and would explain the various sights along our journey up and down to Jungfraujoch up to the minute details of real and artificial snow. He had prepared almost everything for the trip, so all we had to do was follow him and take pictures of the beautiful sights he'd even tell us which side of the train to sit for the best photo opportunities. If you don't mind chatting, Toni's fun to chat with as well during the train rides to Jungfraujoch. There was always something to learn from his experiences and we totally enjoyed our tour with him as our guide! Thank you very much Toni! :D

Our guide was both professional and knowledgeable. The tour was excellent and well thought out. It allowed enough time to do all that we desired to do. I highly recommend this tour.

We ended up having horrible weather. But that's the gamble with going up to Jungfrau - mountains create their own weather system. It was a pure white out at the top. Zero Visibility. Talk about a let down. We spend most of our time on the in-door attractions. The Ice Caves were the highlight of the trip. Also, bring your own snacks, lunch and bottle water. Food/Drink at the top of the mountain is below average and Very Expensive. We were able to have some nice views up to Wengen but after that - cloudy rainy and freezing cold. The biggest complaint I had was our tour guide. She was nice and very sweet. Helpful in all the train exchanges and navigating the tour. But she offered little value in learning about the area or the culture. She barely even made conversation with us, we had to continuously ask her questions about her and make small talk because you're essentially sitting face to face on a train together for 4 hours Again, she was lovely. But it would have been great to learn some history about what we were doing and each place we were going. The uncomfortable silence and horrible weather made me slink into my E-book reader and regret spending the 1000 to see rain and clouds. This could be the most EPIC trip - but your gamble is on the weather. Clear day - and you won't regret it!!!
