Subsequent to this tour, I took a day trip with another company. The tour guide wasn't even Scottish, which made me appreciate Connor and the trip to the isle of Skye even more. Connor did an excellent job of both explaining things and driving. Only a Scotsman would have the insight that he has. I would take this tour again and enjoyed it thoroughly. thank you Connor!!!
We went on this tour with Connor. Our group was small -- only 5 -- so Connor was able to make a few changes to the order of the itinerary so that we could stop a couple more places than usual. Connor was both informative and funny, and talked with each of us. He was great at timing each stop -- not too long, not too short. Eilean Donan Castle was SO beautiful in the morning -- with reflections on the still water. And Skye is very worth the visit. We were able to spend time in Portree on our own at lunch, and then had stops at beautiful locations around the island. I highly recommend this tour. It's a long day, but worth every minute!
