About this activity

As you leave Inverness, you will journey to the nearby Cawdor Castle. With a series of incredible gardens, a nature trail and putting green, there is something for everyone! You will then make your way to Royal Lochagar, where you can learn the lengthy process of creating the perfect dram. The tour offers whisky lovers the chance to taste their world-renowned single malts. There’s also a fantastic restaurant there, that serves delicious dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

Your next stop will be in the Victorian village of Ballater, nestled amongst the beautiful Cairngorm National Park offering visitor an insight into Highland life. Next, the tour will take you to visit the parish church Crathie Kirk, best known for being the regular place of worship of the Royal Family and for being set in some of the most spectacular scenery of the North East. You’ll journey through some dramatic mountain ranges as we return to Inverness via one of Scotland’s highest roads.
