Itinerary
Day 1: Be amazed by the giant tree and discover the nocturnal fauna
Stop At: Amazon River, Iquitos 16000 Peru
Pick up from your hotel at 9am (for an additional small you can pick up from the airport prior coordination). Then we will go to the pier of Nanay where our mobility will transfer you to our facilities, from there we will take a small breakfast, to settle in and go out to make a recognition of the place, see some fauna and flora, then we will return to lunch at 1:00 pm, After a short break we will go to the Amazon viewpoint for a walk of almost 20min, then we will enjoy an incredible view, then we will walk jungle inside to admire the giant tree, a mystical tree where the mythological Chillachaqui lived. We will return walking to occasionally see northern tarantulas, we will be at the lodge at 7:00 pm for dinner and rest.
Duration: 8 hours
Meals included:
• Lunch: Roasted chicken with beans and amazonica salad or Grilled chicken with cassava
• Dinner: Infusion (tea or local herbs) bread with jam or egg omelet
Accommodation included: Cabin room for one or two people.
Day 2: Meet the lizards, piranhas, anaconda and more!
Stop At: Amazon River, Iquitos 16000 Peru
On the second day we will get up at 5:00 am to see the sunrise from the top of the lodge, we will return to have a rich breakfast, then we will get things ready to visit a lizard, paiches and piranha farm. Upon return we will visit an animal rescue center where we can find the lazy bear and the fearsome anaconda. We will return to the Lodge to be able to have lunch, rest and relax until 5:00 pm that we will get things ready to return to the city and we will go to
your hotel (for a small additional cost we can take you to the airport to finish the tour.)
Duration: 10 hours
Meals included:
• Breakfast: Infusion (tea) bread with avocado or toast with egg
• Lunch: Grilled fish with its chonta salad or Lizard Chicharron
• Dinner: Infusion (tea or local herbs) toasted with butter or jam.
