Very good, nice and smart guide, Ciangir. He tried his best to make a pleasant experience for us out of a rainy day. The guide is the only reason we gave 3 stars to this trip. the boat they use as a cruise along the European and asian sides of Istanbul is a vey cheap embarkation, with not enough seats for all the people on board and really disappointing aspect. The lunch in Kadakoy was very cheap. The trip to Camlica Hills was a waste of time in a rainy day. The visit to Dolmabahce Palace was OK, minus the fact that we could not visit almost half of the palace because we did not pay enough. I think that this entire trip will be much better if we would have been treated at a superior level, even for more money. there are enough people willing to pay more to get more.

My guide met me at the hotel for pick up and it turned out to be just me and him for the day! I enjoyed the personal attention and interesting information about the city.

Excellent tour - a great complement to the tour of the historic Sultanahmet area which we did the previous day with no overlap. Delicious Turkish lunch.

Overall we enjoyed the tour, but found it to be a bit rushed particularly for the Dolmbache palace. This was the last stop on the tour and the guide pretty much forced us to rush through the building. It was the last stop on the tour so would have appreciated if the guide had provided the group the option to spend more time there. Also with regards to the lunch provided we found the quality of the restaurant selected to be below average given the price paid for this tour. Also very little attention or care was made to accommodate vegetarians.

The variety and pace of the day long tour was perfect, but the highlight was the knowledge and attention of our two guides, Atahan and Ozhan. Their range and understanding of history and culture is amazing. Their outlines and explanations kept our attention and they were both willing and able to answer our questions.

The Dolmabahce palace was by far the highlight of the tour and not to be missed. However, due to the crowds we were really rushed through the place to keep up with the guide, sometimes not even getting a chance to see inside each room. The hotel pickup was 10 mins late and the contact number on the ticket was incorrect or disconnected. The guide was really friendly and did his best, but he was unsure of his English and remained silent for large parts of the boat tour and bus trip. Regardless, this tour was a great way to see parts of Istanbul we wouldn't have otherwise visited like the Asian side of the city and Camlica Hill.

Worst tour I have experienced. We were left out on the Istanbul street in cold pouring rain about 100 meters from our hotel. The tour operators were well aware of the usual street closure daily 9 am to to late evening. We were never advised of the street closure until we were told to get off the bus. I am on crutches and there was no offer to assist me in getting back to our lodgings. The guide was poor. I would not recommend this company in the future.

This was a great tour! My tour guide Serhat was awesome and very knowledgeable. I was lucky that I was only one who signed up for the tour, so ended up with a private tour! We covered a lot in one day without being hurried up. Highly recommended.

We went to Topkapi palace on this day. Our guide Mohammedia is a pleasant and knowledgeable lady. The cruise of Bosporus strait is a memmorable one. Took us to a restaurant on the shores of the strait. Good food.

The cruise was just fantastic with beautiful views of the Asian and European sides along the Bosphorus. The ostentatious Dolmabahce Palace and the view from Camlica Hill were sights to behold. We had time to shop a little at the Spice Bazaar. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly.
