Explore the first capital of the Ottoman Empire on a small group full-day tour of Bursa from Istanbul.

Following a pick-up from your hotel on Istanbul’s European side, transfer to the port to catch a ferry to Yalova. Cross the Sea of Marmara. Then, relax in air-conditioned comfort on the 2-hour drive to Bursa.

Upon arrival, sample some of the local produce of the region, such as chestnuts, honey, olives, Turkish delights and more. See historic bazaars and sights, such as the Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami).

Booked this tour after the first was canceled due to lack of participation. We were the only two English speakers, but this company hosted the two of us anyway in a bus full of Arabic speakers, which we appreciated. The guide, Muhammad and driver were sweet, helpful, and had a playful nature. We were well cared for and looked after, but made for an adventure nonetheless. It was mostly shopping stops along a scenic and rural highway, but not the cutural spots we were expecting. It allowed us to see spots we would have never seen otherwise, especially the breathtaking wooded skiing slopes and cable car, but not worth the price paid, which was slightly above 50 euro per person. I think 25 -30 euro would be more fair. If the cost is lowered slightly, you're into unique shopping purchases, want to meet interesting new people, and up for a slight adventure then this is your tour.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it was possible. Misinformation provided as it is not a small group tour. The tour guide was appalling, he had no control over the group. In addition as we were the only English speaking family, he ingored us and didn’t explain anything in English. Don’t book.

Total rip off. Trip from one souvenir shop to another. Didn't go to silk market. Driver kept turning off AC on bus. Guide didn't control tour, lost people twice causing over 40 mins delays. Took bridge not ferry on return, guide asked passengers to pay the toll. Problems with drop off. Horrible.

The trip was excellent. recommended for winter and spring months only , then only you can play in the snow. The lunch was good. Better if the trip included dinner also, so that the day's tiredness could be eaten away. Only the travelling time is a bit long approx 3-4 hours oneway but not an issue if your are not travelling with kids. Must visit if going to istanbul.
