We meet in this neighborhood at our meeting point to get together with the group member and get on tram to head to the ferry to cross the Bosporus to Asian side.

We visit the food market and sample the sample stuffed mussels, pastrami, pickled vegetable, cheese, olives and more.

We will taste some of very special baklava here at baklava maker who have been making baklava for four generations.

We have dinner at one of the local restaurants here. We will start the dinner with 4-5 meze dips and soup, then we will continue with home cooked food and kebabs as main courses which your guide choose for you.

Here we sit a cafe which was built in 1716. Cafe was a former religion school. This is a place where local gather to get social with smoking water pipe ( hookah ). You don’t have to smoke if you don’t want to as you can have some drinks but worth seeing the way local do.
