Amelia Island Inshore Fishing Charter

After visiting the Amelia Island Welcome Center we highly suggest touring the Main Park Beach and Fort Clinch State Park in your spare time. Then next thing to do is venture out for some fun in the sun with Outdoor Activities in Fernandina Beach off of Amelia Island. 

Pre trip gitters, no problem after reserving your trip here. Your Captain will reach out to you confirming and answering any and all questions you may have so be sure to include the correct contact info. You will meet at the designated time and location on your itinerary unless the Captain calls and changes locations due to tides or weather related items. Once at location, captain provides fishing instructions and casting lessons for beginners and advanced techniques for the experts. Also know this trip is suited for both first-timers, experienced anglers, elderly, youth, families and children of all ages and are handicap friendly. So everyone is sure to have fun as you fish with ease and comfort of the calm island waters never worrying about being seasick. So after boarding the boat and a quick safety check by your Captain, off you go. 

Once we arrive at the fishing location everyone gets a rod that wants one. Optionally you can lay back and take in the Florida sunshine and site and sounds of Amelia Island. Once the catching starts, your captain will know which fish are legal to keep and all the local laws of how many each person can harvest. During this time, if you have caught enough fish and just prefer to go on a boat ride, let your captain know it's your time. Once the trip expires, we head back to the original dock where your captain will clean and prepare your catch for you to take with you. Please be aware, preparing and cleaning does take a bit of time if a lot of fish were caught.

While out on the water, the boat will have coolers on board with ice and bottled water to keep you hydrated. There's plenty of space to bring sandwiches and snacks of your choice. Also any additional favorite beverage of your choice, including alcohol beverages which are preferred in cans but not required.
