Amelia Island Paddle Boarding Lesson & Tour

All paddle board lesson and tour begins with a SUP safety briefing and paddling instruction on land. From there we get in the water to learn the basic paddling strokes. As soon as the group is stable and reasonably proficient we being the tour. Along the way the we will describe the ecosystem, point out local wildlife and share tidbits about the history of the area. Each tour is about 2 hours. We supply a stable board, properly sized paddle, inflatable PFD belt, and a coiled SUP leash. The specific tour we do on each day is determined by the tide and weather conditions. This ensures we are paddling on calm water, minimal current and protected from the wind.
