The adventure takes place on the famed Tarcoles River, home of one of the world's largest populations of crocodiles in Central America, specie called the American Crocodile, some of the oldest reach the 18 feet long. Besides watching incredible crocodile man show you will see a large variety of exotic birds that can be seen on the Tarcoles river is the gorgeous scarlet macaw, a variety of resident and migratory waterfowl, Iguanas and Jesus Christ lizards are very common. The tour takes about two hours and is lead by a friendly bilingual guide that will teach you about the crocodile habitat and other animals on the mangrove. Experience some of the most impressive mangrove ecosystems and its four different species of mangrove trees. Recommended for groups and families, adventurers and bird watchers.
