The people of Jaipur are passionate about kite-flying. In fact, the city has community clubs where the sport is ardently practised. The city skyline is alive with kites during festivities, especially on India’s Independence Day (August 15). Adults and children gather at the rooftops of their houses to compete with each other on both skills as well as the resilience of their kite strings.

For this tour, we will take you to an ardent and passionate local kite-flier who will share his knowledge with you after which, you will be ready to fly your own kite into the skies of Jaipur.
