Jaipur Sightseeing Itinerary

Tour will start at 8:20 AM. We will pick you from your Hotel and first start with:

Amber Fort Palace,

This massive fort-palace complex built in hybrid Hindu-Muslim style dates back to Raja Man Singh and was the royal palace of the Kachwahas from c. 1600-1727. The name has nothing to do with the rather pretty pastel yellow colour; instead, the fort is named after the town of Amber, in turn named after the goddess Amba. The main sights within the fort include the

Sheesh Mahal, adorned with thousands on thousands of mirror tiles on the walls and ceiling.

Panna Meena ka Kund (Stepwell)

Visit an interesting stepwell near Amber Fort. The amazing ancient stepwell complex named Panna Meena ka Kund was built in the 16th century and designed by Brahmin. The reason for its building was for storing of rainwater during monsoons, taking a bath, washing clothes and for domestic use. The staircase structure was built so beautifully with unique systematic staircases architecture, where the steps start from above the sea level and descend to the pond area.

Jal Mahal

Jal Mahal is a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber.

City Palace

City Palace forms one of the most famous tourist attractions and a major landmark in Jaipur. The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Among the various forts and palaces of Jaipur, City Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture.
