About this activity
You will be picked up from your hotel at 8am by our representative and guide and then we will go to Amber Fort. If you are interested, you can take an elephant ride (optional at your own cost) to the fort top and enjoy 2 hours in the beautiful fort learning about the history and architecture from your Guide.
After Amber Fort, drive towards Jal Mahal, The Water Palace, to capture the beautiful and lovely moments in your camera and then continue towards City Palace where used to be the leisure home for the Kings. Jaipur City Palace is a seven floor building made by different Kings. It is a must-visit place to see the beautiful art work of the artisans.
After City Palace, visit Jantar Mantar, the Royal Observatory, a mysterious place where will put you in doubt that how the Kings designed their instruments with stones to measure the distance, time, planet positions and other astrological things. Later visit the outside of Hawa Mahal - the Palace of Winds (outside only) to see the beautiful multi-window building. When the tour is concluded, we will drive you back to your hotel with some wonderful memories of Jaipur City.

With regard to number of places covered, this tour was comprehensive. There was a driver, as well as an English-speaking tour guide. Pick-up time was prompt and access was great we were able to skip all lines at sights, etc.. I would say my biggest complaint would be the quality of the information. I did not feel the guide was overly well-informed information was repetitive and he was at times unable to answer our questions. I would not recommend the tour based on this fact. I felt like I could have gotten a much richer understanding with a more informed guide.
Very nice tour. Our guide and driver were professional and pleasant. We enjoyed their company and knowledge of the area. They were careful to assist me as I am getting older. They really seemed to enjoy their work and it reflected on the quality of the tour. Highly recommend this tour.
