Advanced diver

After the basic training, you can continue to develop in diving. The IDD Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for you to be introduced to various aspects of diving knowledge and take your dive technical skills to the next level. This training is provided according to the same modular design as the basic training(s) and consists of theoretical lessons and open water dives. The majority of this training will pay attention to: Natural navigation and compass navigation; This way you determine your position underwater easier and find the way to the dive goal even faster. Due to circumstances it may happen that natural navigation is not enough. A compass provides a solution in these circumstances. With this tool, you can determine a certain direction and maintain. Night diving; You will discover that a complete transformation took place underwater. The "day residents" enjoy their well-deserved rest while the "night residents" go hunting. Deep Diving; You will dive to greater depths, so you can become familiar with the influences of pressure on your body. Detection & Storage; In this section you will be introduced to the basics of detection, marking and storage of underwater objects. For recreational detection and storage you can take a dive target object that is known at a given location. The treatment of these topics is intended as an extension to the basic training and in order to get an impression of the diversity of specialization courses (specialties). The main focus of this course is on practical skills. The IDD Advanced Open Water Diver course is a real "do" training, where the diving comes first. In this way you will increase your diving skills while getting acquainted with other aspects of diving.
