Guests will be picked up from their hotel by our company representative and escorted to the house of a local Indian family in Jodhpur where you will be learning cooking demonstration. You will get insight into their years’ worth of knowledge about traditional Indian methods of cooking and the art of blending exotic spices and herbs to produce succulent, delectable North-Indian cuisine. On arrival at the local host’s home, you will be given a warm welcome. Tea / coffee / soft drinks will be served to you and the family will be introduced to you. After getting acquainted, you will proceed for the cooking class lesson. You will learn how to prepare Indian breads and a couple of mouth-watering Rajasthani dishes. Not to forget, sweets are an important part of any Indian meal. And for the sweet treat, you will learn how to make a mouth-watering Indian dessert. Finally, after the food odyssey ends, it is time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your hard work with your host family. While dining, enjoy the simple home-cooked meal as the family shares some anecdotes and stories of their life in the city.
